OK, first of all I hope I didn’t keep anyone waiting to long for the next part of this post to my blog. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and thanks for stopping by..!!
It might seem as if I wrote this in reverse, and actually I did sort of. We have covered some ground on searching keywords and finding some useful tools to use to help out with the discovery process of finding a niche. (Refer to part one or the part one summary.) Now there’s some things to consider in the process to further the ultimate and final decision to be made. That is… “What niche?”
Notice the important thing that I just did at the end of the last phrase. I asked the question, “What niche?”. Basically this is what you will need to do yourself. Ask some important questions. I’m going to show you right here what these questions are, and I’m also going to elaborate a little on how the tools that were discussed in Part one will help answer those questions better.
—
I don’t want to get you side tracked, but I want to add something right here before going on, because it’s on my mind. The ideas are endless when finding a niche to write about or promote. The TWO biggest catagories that pull in tons of cash are:
1.) Online Businesses – Make Money From Home – E-marketing… etc..
2.) Health and Fitness – Weight Loss – Dieting
Hands down, these two heavy weights are probably the most competitive market niches to consider, and also the hardest because of market saturation. I’m not saying a person can’t make money within these two categories, but if you choose them, make sure you have a lot knowledge or maybe even a new spin on something you know absolutely works.
—
Maybe all this statistical data seems overwhelming and/or time comsuming… and it is to a certain degree. The more you know about who is actually looking for certain information and how much they are looking for it, the better. So ask yourself:
1.) What kinds of stumbling blocks or even problematic situations do other people get themselves into that you have a lot of knowledge about? Things that you know you can solve or be of great help with.
For instance… one of the big keyword phrases in part one was “How to blog”… Tons of people searching this and yet the keywords are wide open with little competition. Keywords are what’s going to help you drive traffic. It’s how other people are going to find you on the Web…!!!
2.) Have you ever helped your friends or other people with personal problems in their lives, such as dating/relationships, financial advice, health or depression? The list goes on… and you can find out what people are searching for because you know how to go about it by using the tools I have shown you. Maybe you have some solid advice or answers.
3.) What would be the best and quickest ways for people, ie… your readers or listeners, to solve their problems or issues? (I say listeners because as we all know, Youtube, as well as video blogging and other media avenues, are all very popular these days.) I’m considering trying video out myself and that doesn’t mean I have to put my smiling face on it… no… not at all. I see many videos with words and illustrations while you listen to a voice explaining some pertainent information. This is a pretty outstanding way to promote something too.
Armed with the ability to use keyword tools and graphic trends, you can easily find targeted search information about issues that you have the best or the absolute fastest solution too… That’s what people are looking for… the best, the fastest, the easiest… you see right..??
One last thing I want to mention before I conclude this posting. I strongly believe that creating your own product or service is the best way acheive your financial goals.
This two part posting is only a small piece of a much larger puzzle. We all want to know how to build our lists and bring traffic to our sites. Blogging is among one of the favorites because of RSS…

This article is going to be somewhat long and it has a lot of info to ponder or mull over. I recommend taking the time to read this and get this into your understanding. It is a lot to take in I know…
Therefore this will be a two part series:
PART ONE;
This article is designed to explain how to structure compiled information with the main purpose being; a.) designing a blog or website around the info. b.) Write an Ebook or series of articles around certain info, c.) Using the info to leverage traffic to affiliate links or websites, or d.) all of the above. Be creative…!!!
Have you ever heard of a mind map program or mind mapping…?? Well, there’s actually some programs out there to use, and what they are used for is primarily… “brainstorming”. You can find a free one hopefully by searching online.
This can be a really cool tool to use in conjunction with some other important tools and knowledge to help locate some niche markets to target or explore.
Let’s say you have four or five niche ideas and you want to find the better one of all to promote or create.. Also know that if you create, then you do all of the writing and ads totally on your own, which involves a lot of effort. You can also use Clickbank to find items to promote, and inside there, they are already created.
As far as Clickbank items… there are a number of stats and popularity indicators there for all product listings. It don’t take a scientist to know how to choose something with high gravity or popularity.
So let’s move on…
Ever heard of Google Trends? Oh – wow… this aricle is getting better by the second. Google Trends is an excellent tool for finding even more stats and info that help you find a rock solid niche to promote and sell. Go into to Google Trends and type in ” —— How to Blog —— ” and then type in “—— add your website to ——” notice how at certain times of the year they go higher and spike up… but also for long term growth in a certain niche, you can see the overall trend of either a product going upward or downward over years of time. You’ll see how I got these keywords in a few minutes.
As you can see, we are now getting armed with some pertinent power, but hold on, there’s more. You can also find trending information through Ebay Pulse, and even if you’re not looking for physical products to sell, you can find some interesting ideas to write about or research on. Another one is Amazon. If you type in a generic item such as Camera lenses, Amazon will come up with the hottest items that sold for the entire year. That’s pretty Amazoning…
Now from here, we have to go back to Google again and type in Google Keyword tool… darn… we just can’t get away from some monopolized conglomerates… ha yea.. I mean Google. Hey, this is another phenominal pair of media pliers to use so that we can pinch the life out these daily keywords that everyone searches for online everyday.
The easiest way to use the Keyword tool then is to find a term with low competition… ie… the green bar is less than half and at the same time, the search volume is high. 2 POINTS – a.(At the time of this writing, Google didn’t show the green bars but listed Competition as LOW – Medium – HIGH. I’m not sure but Google may be changing this.) b.(I would look for 100,000 searches a month or more.. not less. SEE THE SCREEN SHOT.) When a green bar is full, it means that a lot of marketing firms or marketers are competing for the keyword.
Hopefully I’m getting the point across here. You can find keywords with low competition and yet they get searched by the millions. Again… the secret is to use a generic search term, such as —— Niche Blogging or niche article publication etc… —— … and suddenly you’ll see all kinds of variations of search terms that have been searched for.
This concludes part one:
SUMMARY;
* Use a Mind Map to track and organize your ideas.
* Use Clickbank, Google Trends, Google Keyword Tool
and even Ebay Pulse to find a profitable niche.

The Landing Page, Aka the “squeeze page” or “lead capture page”, can be
instrumental in building your mailing list. It will funnel all of your would-be
subscribers through an interactive, info getter, your very own landing page.
Not only do you do the work just once, your traffic driving efforts can be
focused onto just one effective method.
The following are tips in creating a successful landing page that converts
visitors into subscribers, often by a very huge percentage.
Success Tip 1: Offer a freebie in exchange for your visitor’s email address. I
very much endorse this method of building your mailing list. You can offer a
special report or a sample of your paid product to your visitor in exchange for
their details such as name and email address.
Success Tip 2: The landing page must be written professionally. When writing your
page, treat it as if you are writing a sales letter. While you are not necessarily
making a hard sale to try to get someone to buy your product upfront, being able
to entice your visitors to give their details to you is just as important as
selling.
Success Tip 3: Other than your opt-in form and perhaps important disclaimers and
terms, there shouldn’t be any other links on your landing page.
Success Tip 4: Rub in the benefits of the freebie you are offering more than a mere
subscription to your newsletter. You should focus most of the attention of the page
copy on encouraging your prospective visitor to download your free offer. Later,
you gently remind your prospect that he or she has nothing to pay but just merely
subscribe to your newsletter in exchange for your offer.. i.e… the freebie.
As a final reminder and conclusion, in order to build trust, you can include a
hand-written signature or a photo of yourself explaining where you are coming from
and how you can help your visitor through your free report or offer.

Have a great day! Best Regards,

I have two things posted on this site right now, and at this point, it’s hard to say which one is the better idea. You simply can’t go wrong with this… well… you have to be optimistic and willing to work on it… I nailed this and look forward to a long relationship ahead. You can too, and enjoy the ride..!!

Never before have I seen such new innovations, and near perfect ideas that will work now and for a long time down the road. Who says my computer is becoming obsolete? This is one way to keep my website flying, and even though it has been through many transitions, it’s still here, and I’m doing well with the current information.

Best Regards,
It’s crazy that I decided to write about this subject, but I tend to like my hard boiled eggs a certain way. I like it when I can get the shells off without tearing up the egg and I like my eggs with the yoke being still soft a little bit.
Here’s my method to this madness… I fill my pan about half way with water. (This allows room for 6 eggs to be put in using a 3 quart sauce pan.) I put the heat on medium which is #5 on my stove, and then bring the water to a boil. I then use a large serrated spoon to put the eggs in slowly. I can put
two eggs in the spoon and lower them in about half way for 8 to 10 seconds. That way, the eggs don’t crack open, if your lucky and do it right. After I get all my eggs in there, I set the alarm for 20 minutes and forget it.
Getting the shells off: Hopefully you can follow me on this… I get a strainer or colander, something that water will pass through while I peel the eggs. I take a butter knife and tap the eggs in the middle and crack them all the way around the center. When I start to peel off the shell, I keep cold running water on the egg at the same time. This lets water get in under the shell and sometimes they just come right out without any problems. I’m not sure you have to use cold water, but this works best for me. One other thing, don’t let the eggs cool down to much. It’s better to peel them right after you take them off of the stove. Fill up the pan with cold water a few times to cool the eggs enough to handle and poor all the water out of the pan when you are ready to peel.
And that’s it… feel free to post your comments or suggestions. I look forward to it.
In the United Stated, Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and reverts back to Standard Time at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of November. Hawaii and Arizona do not change times. There is an interesting tidbit that I have recently learned. The Navajo Nation does observe Daylight Savings Times, even in Arizona.
